Hired Brad to remodel my master bathroom in our 26yr old tract home. He demo'd the shower, bathtub, flooring, vanity and toilet. We decided to not redo another shower/bath combo since we never use the bathtub and have two others in the house. So we went with enlarging the shower and left an open area where the tub was for decor and a vanity and left all the plumbing in place so when the home is sold the new owner will be able to add a tub if needed. The remodel came out beautifully. He gave us a four week timeline and stuck to it. We did have to wait for some extra parts for the shower fixtures and the glass on the shower to be installed but those were late extras and did not disrupt the 4 week timeline. He worked with us as far as keeping the bathroom closed off from the master bedroom and it allowed us to be able to sleep in there so there was minimal disruption. His work time arriving and leaving were on time and as stated. We had a few plumbing issues on the vanity sink where one of them was leaking when the new sink was attached. We have a dual sink set up and one of them was never used and the pipes had worn little did we know. Fortunately he was able to catch the issue and get the repair done quickly and crisis adverted. His knowledge and skill are vast and he tackles problems with ease. We highly recommend him for your remodeling needs. Thanks Brad for our beautiful new bathroom. We love it!

Brad repaired a disastrous burst pipe that caused drywall mold, and ruined floor. It required new vanities, flooring, pipes, baseboards- the whole thing! After giving me a very reasonable quote he began the job and was done in less than 4 days. And it looks gorgeous; attention to detail, paint, fixtures perfect. He took what was a disaster and took care of everything! Going forward, I'll only use Brad for any work I need.
